"Acrobat has detected a page that is already optimized. Do you want to optimize it again?" - Could you fully explain this message.

And if the page is already optimized is it possible to undo it (sort of how after an image is cropped the file still saved the original). Because is you can't undo it I'm confused as to how Acrobat knows about the files history.

While doing optimization, we check Image's filters, compression values and properties. Based on this we decide this image is already optimized or not and throw this message(if required). It might possible while creating the document, owner already compressed the image. So in that case as well we throw this exception.

Hope it resolve your query. Please feel free to ask anything you want.

Thanks.
