Creative Cloud crashes

Adobe Creative Cloud crashes in Windows, with the following error data

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Administrator rights on PC

UAC turned off

DEP turned off

Microsoft C++ Redistributable updated

I can't install Adobe CC Products, because Creative Cloud restarts under downloading/installing product (6-15%)

Is anybody else having this? Is there a fix?

Moving to Adobe Creative Cloud​
