I have a problem when using Slideshow as it indicates 'Video problem detected'.

I have tried updating the driver without any success.

I am operating on Windows 10 and hadn't had problems until recently.

Has anyone get any ideas.

Thanks Rod

Switch of the GPU use. That seams to be a miracle cure to most of the problems.

You give very little detail on your system: Lightroom version? Graphic card? Driver version? Windows 10 version (is probably the least problem, because MS forces upgrades)? If you want qualified help, please give a little bit more information.

Hello ABAMBO, are you still there?  I have same issue in Lightroom CC attempting to create slideshow.

Just purchased a Lenovo M90a Pro Gen 3. Came with Windows 11, but running 10.  Has NVIDIA GeForce MX550.  I've reinstalled CC, LrC 12.1, and drivers. Any thoughts?

This thread is 6 years old and while the advice given already by Abambo in 2016 may still resolve your curent issue, it's equally possible that a better solution can be obtained by creating your own thread. You should also include a copy of your 'System Info', which can be obtained by selecting LrC Help > System Info.
