Hi Luis,

Can you please confirm if you're on Windows or MAC platform?

Have you tried resetting editor preferences?

Thanks

Hi Andaleeb, thanks for your answer.I use Windows 10, and I cann´t  reset the preferences, because I don´t have the Editor Screen, the Elements 14 only shows the first screen, that in what you can choice the Editor of Pictures.I´ll wait for your answer.Luis

Hi Luis,

You may reset preferences by launching Editor keeping Cmd+Alt+Shift keys pressed. When prompted click 'Yes' to delete the preference settings file. If that doesn't correct the issue, please share with us the crash report that generates post crash. That will help us understand probably cause of crash.

Thanks
