I forgot my signature ID password. The instructions told me to delete the profile and create a new one. It showed me how to delete that profile by going into Digital ID and Trusted Certificate Settings. But once I select Remove ID, and agree to proceed, delete, and agree to accept the consequences, I get a prompt asking me to enter the password. Ugh. How do I recover my password?
You might try adding new ID without deleting the existing one.
