    Unable to erase authorization in Adobe digital reader

      Hi!

       

      I have a problem with my ADE since a week. I tried to download loans as I always do but I received this message

       

      Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

      E_ACT_NOT_READY

       

      I deceided to update my ADE to the 4.5 version. Still the same message. Then I uninstall and reinstall everything, still nothing. I tried to erase my authorization but my adobe ID on my ADE is link to an old email address (inactive) that is not the current email address in my Adobe ID account.

       

      I'm using Mac OS X 10.12

       

      Help please!
