Phonegap Build: Currently no way to add push notifications on iOS

      Hello Phonegap team,

I'm under the impression that currently no push notification functionality is supported via Phonegap Build.

Because of Apple iOS 10 changes the entitlement of Push Notifications is not automatically taken from a Provisioning profile anymore. phonegap-plugin-push 1.9.0 and above is supposed to change that. Unfortunately they require Phonegap CLI 6.4.0.

Although PGB currently supports 6.4.0 according to Adobe PhoneGap Build - Versions, the log files show the following message when building with CLI-6.4.0:

Installing "phonegap-plugin-push" at "1.9.1" for ios

Plugin doesn't support this project's cordova version. cordova: 6.3.2, failed version requirement: >=6.4.0

      Skipping 'phonegap-plugin-push' for ios

Any ideas how to get this to work? Or how to set the entitlement via Phonegap Build with phonegap-plugin-push 1.8.4?

      Thanks!
