Changes/additions not showing up on the site?

I published my site to business catalyst (as a website, not a test site), but when I make changes and additions and upload them, they do not show up.  Are you supposed to load the site differently after it goes live the first time?  I designed another site for a non-profit, but that one is on a remote server and I upload it as an html.

Could you please share a screenshot from Muse, showing the publish window.

Also, please share the website URL so we can check if anything is wrong.
