    reactivate apps on wiped laptop

      Hi - my laptop computer recently broke and needed to be wiped. I have the creative cloud app on that laptop as well as one other. Since the wipe I can no longer access creative cloud on that laptop. I sign into my account  and it will only let me download a trial rather than access the apps available to me with my account.

      Help please? Thanks
