Click on the red error button -- does it show you anything specific?
Oh geez. Your build failed. Click the "Log" button above to view the compile log. If you need help diagnosing the issue, you can post to the support forum with your App ID (please do a search first).
This is the error i get when i press the red button.
It looks like a problem with your provisioning profile -- your provisioning profile Dev cert doesn't match the Dev cert you've uploaded.
Can you please provide more information on your reply ?
Previously the certificates were created using a mac device and the app was also uploaded using xcode
Recently we moved to phonegap build and had deleted all the old certificates by mistake and created new ones in windows, following this url reference : https://labs.encoded.io/2015/10/21/ios-certificates-without-mac-os-x/
Today we did the whole process all over again but we are getting the same error.
But when we create a new bundle id and repeat the process ".ipa" is being generated without any issues.
However we want to deploy the app using old bundle id so that it goes as an update.
Kindly guide us in this case.
I'm wondering if your bundle id is causing issues -- it starts with a dash "-" ... is this intentional?
The bundle id was generated by Xcode.
In case that is the issue, is there any way around it ?
It would be helpful, if you can share log file with us.
The log isn't showing us anything useful, its a very strange issue. But it builds fine with my own cert/profile so its likely related to that. You might try adding a new App ID to your provisioning profile and building with that ID instead, just to see if that's the issue?
Thanks for the reply.
We have tried with a new app id and it works. Have you tried adding dash/hyphen to your app id and does it work?
We cannot use new app id, as we already have this app in iStore. (app id with dash/hyphen).
Kindly help us build the app using appid with dash/hyphen.
