Tool Tip Trigger Does Not Appear Where it is Supposed to...

So basically, my tool tip triggers are not appearing in the location I have chosen in Muse edit mode. They appear in one position in a Chrome browser, and another position in IE. This appears to be only a vertical displacement. In each case, it moves the trigger a bit higher than it is supposed to be. I thought that maybe it was just a glitched tool tip and dragged another fresh one form the library with the same results. Any suggestions?

I think what you are experiencing there is the difference in the way each browser renders text. The browser render text sizes differently. What you are seeing is from what I can tell, the triggers being pushed down the page (or pulled up) based on the text above it

As you can see in the paragraphs and headings above the triggers, the paragraph line endings don't end on the same word due to the way the browser renders text size.
