Missing Display Bar

In LR6, I was able to move my mouse to the top of the LR screen, and a menu bar displayed if I wanted to search on number of stars assigned to an image, search text, etc.  I'm sure I changed something, because now I don't have it anymore.

Can someone please instruct me how to get this back?
