This is a new security patch from Internet Explorer. It seems they launched it a few weeks ago.
Considering more than 50% of the world uses this browser, this is going to cause some real issues for Flash developers.
As far as I know, there is no way to disable this message " Click to activate and use this control". Which renders movies inactive until the user click the flash movie......Not a very good user experience.
Hopefully someone will figure this out soon. Does anyone have a solution for this yet.

I don't really bother to be honest, have not use IE in years. Most of my clients
run FF and these on IE did not even notice the difference.
