Lightroom 6 with Windows 10- it stops at the starting point. What can I do to solve this?

I haven't use it during the last 4 months and now that I have just finish my course it doesn't work. When I open Lightroom, I get the following message: "Lihgtroom a cessé de fonctionner" meaning "Lightroom have stop, Windows is looking for a solution". But the solution never come!

Does somebody knows how to solve this major problem?
