Graphic Glitches in MacOS 10.12.2

Hi guys,

Last night I updated to MacOS 10.12.2 in hope that it would address some of the graphic glitches on my new MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, it's made everything worse. Footage no longer plays back or stutters, I get weird glitch graphics occasionally and the weirdest yet - a red checkerboard in the program monitor.

Link to one example (notice how the footage appears fine when paused):

https://vimeo.com/195637467/543452b8ff

System specs:

MacOS Sierra 10.12.2

MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2016)

2.9 GhZ Intel Core i8

16GB RAM

Radeon Pro 460 4096 MB

Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB

Premiere Pro 2017.0.1

Footage is Sony MXF out of an FS7 shot in UHD.

Graphics are all ProRes out of After Effects.

Would appreciate any help! Under deadline on a project and looks like I'm going to have to find another machine to finish it.

I guess that's what I get for updating in the middle of a project!

Update: others in my office are experiencing the same issue after upgrading to 10.12.2. And here's a photo of the checkerboard I'm seeing on my MXF footage:

Have you tried disabling your Intel graphics?

@cvid01 - Thanks for the response. I disabled Automatic Graphics switching, which I think disables the Intel graphics. Is this accurate? If so, that didn't help.
