Adobe muse CC froze when publishing, and won't re-open.

I have been using Muse CC for a couple months with no issue. I went to update my website, and hit publish as usual. The i got the spinning wheel for about a half hour , then cancelled it. It then froze up on me and I had to force quit. Every time i try to reopen the program it tries to start up, then quits unexpectedly and the little screen pops up asking if I want to try again. I uninstalled, and re-installed a few time with no luck. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Do you also get any error message when Muse crashes?

Which Operating System are you using?
