    Issues with support and getting challenge code


      I am online chat trying to install my Adobe on my new computer and am told I need a challenge code. Marem who was my online support kept repeating to me to press Command + Shift and doubling click on my screen, which i did but all it did was highlight our chat conversation. When I double click on my computer desktop then it does nothing, no challenge code which means s/he can not help me. There is some language or communication barrier and I am wondering how to resolve the issue?
