I'm working with PDF files provided by a client of mine. I believe they were generated in InDesign originally. If I export, I get an images directory with JPG files for many images, but not all of them. Smaller figures are included in the images subfolder for the output, but not several larger files that seem to be placed in the background. I think the background nature might be the key. Is there any way to tell Acrobat DC to include these along with the rest of the XML.
I can get the image out with individual Save As operations, but I want to automate the export and have it show up in context, relatively, with the rest of the content on the page within the XML.
Perhaps they are vector.
Thanks for the suggestion. They are not vectors. They are linked from PSD files within InDesign, but best saved out as PNG files because they have transparent backgrounds. They are typically comprised of artwork for fantasy maps and portraits for a roleplaying game system.
