My payment information has been being updated for longer than 24 hours. No billing/order/purchase history seems to be there and I can't access any of my information or cards etc to try and update them if there's a problem with the account because adobe says it's updating the purchase inormation (which I didn't cause) I have deadlines and I need to get my work finished so time is of the essence, very confused as to what to do!
I see you have an active Adobe account under the same Adobe id as with forums.
The payment for subscription purchased today has been received and it takes almost 24 hrs to activate the subscription.
Request you to kindly Sign out and sign back in :sign in and sign out of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app
