I have a question about licensing in 2 scenarios:
What kind of license and how many I need?
We are using Citrix in ITG. Users can open Adobe Acrobat through the Citrix. When they are
at work the Adobe Acrobat is installed on their computers, when they are at home they
are using “Published” version of the Acrobat .
What kind of licenses I need? How many I need?
For question 1, if the licenses were purchased as a subscription, either Individual (John purchased 1 subscription for himself) or through VIP (John's employer purchased multiple subscriptions and allocated 1 to John), each Acrobat DC license is allowed to run on 2 devices, though not at the same time. Assuming John's license fits in this category, he would only need 1 license.
For question 2, in general, a license is required for each user on the network who has access to the licenses. For example, if there are 100 employees with access to the licenses in the Citrix environment, whether they are all using the licenses at the same time or not, 100 licenses are required.
