    Read out loud feature not working

      Read out loud feature not working(unable to hear any audio after choosing read this page only or any other option..tried both with acrobat 11 and acrobat DC from my windows 10 Laptop..can you please let me know why read out loud feature is not working?

          Sorry for the delay in response.

          Could you please let us know if you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or Adobe Acrobat DC.

          Please also share the dot version of Adobe application you are using. For that launch application and navigate to Help menu > About Adobe (application name).

          Have you tried to replicate the issue with other PDF's? Is it not working with any of the PDF?

           

          For testing purpose only, check if it works once you disable the protected mode.

          Go to Edit menu > Preferences> Security (Enhanced) and unmark the box for "Enable Protected Mode at start up".

          Then check if Read out loud options works.

          Make sure that after testing you enable the protected mode as it is not recommended to disable it for security reasons.

          Let us know the results.
