After upgraded to cc 2017, when i saved a photoshop file, i found the psd file size was bigger then actual file and if i save as a jpg , it's not a real jpg file.
Let say my psd file size around 100mb show in desktop, infact when open it only 20mb, when i save as a jpg, it will become 100mb jpg and not allow to open.
Whats wrong with my mac and photoshop?
and what should i do?

Photoshop is not a file editor. It edits image documents. You wrote "i found the psd file size was bigger then actual file" The PSD is bigger than the actual PSD. That makes no sense.
You wrote "Let say my psd file size around 100mb show in desktop, infact when open it only 20mb" Opening a PSD should not change the PSD file size a save can change the PSD file size.
You wrote " when i save as a jpg, it will become 100mb jpg and not allow to open." A jpeg file is a flat image file there is only a single composite image background layer. Layers are not present. A 100MB Jpeg seems ODD jpeg image are also compressed 100MB jpeg would only seem correct if you have a huge document canvas size and great image detail. The largest jpeg image I fine on my machine is 40MB and that a stitch of many images into a huge panorama.

Are you checking the file format you are saving?
PS defaults to psd file format when saving a file regardless of what is opened.
