In trying to activate Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC on second computer I only get the options of a trial version or subscribing again. In trying o resolve this problem I now have only trial versions on both computers. How do I rectify this and is there a support number to call?
Try sign-out and sign-in
Launch Creative Cloud Desktop (Apps tab) and click the settings (gear) icon near top right. Choose preferences and sign out.
Re-boot your computer
Launch Creative Cloud and sign-in again
Wait for all the apps to refresh
