Pardon me, but that's utterly useless. We know nothing about your files/ footage sources, no system info, no details what you actually did in your files, what versions they were created with and all that good stuff.
Ok, I'm on osx 10.11.5/ or Sierra or a.
Mac Book pro, or our Mac pro's
8 gigs of ram in our books and 16 in our pro's
After Effects cc 2017<--
Our footage is 4k from A7S II
Footage was imported and 2 solid layers were tracked with corner pins because mocha won't load the footage when asked.
That is all that was done, the only thing I read about this error is that it was taking care of serval versions back, but I guess it's back for 2017
Hope this helps.
Convert your footage to an image sequence and Mocha should open it.
The "unable to allocate" memory errors seem to be difficult for the AE team to replicate and thus difficult for them to fix. Are you experiencing it on all of your machines?
Did you solve this issue yet? Have you tried other footage, say HD size?
Nope, I had to re-edit and redo my project.
