    @Adobe: No downloads, No phone, no email no help !


      I purchased lightroom a little more than a year ago and have since then changed work and computer.

      I still have my license details, my account info and the hope that it would be enough.


      I searched high and low to find a download link to the version I purchased or any hint of an email address where I could send my details to get help, all without avail.


      Am I supposed to post my order id and license key here? I just doesn't feel right....


      Could some sales representative please get back to me to validate my order number and license so that I can get hold of the software?
