Conversion Failure

Just bought Adobe in order to convert pdf files to excel. Get error message Conversion failure. File is 279 KB

Hi Larab58105926,

Please try the following steps and see if it works:

• Make sure that you're using a supported web browser. See the Acrobat.com system requirements for more information.
• Make sure the file that you are converting is 100MB or smaller. (Export PDF doesn not accept files larger than 100MB)
• Make sure that there are no firewall/proxy settings that are restricting upload access to the Internet.
• Clear the browser cache, and try converting again and try a different browser.
