We changed our Adobe ID and password on our desktop.
When we went to do the same on our laptop the default email address in the de authorization dialogue box defaulted to our old email address.
It prompted me for our password which I entered but it continuously said that my password was incorrect.
Help. How can I fix this.
I found the answer to this question in ADE forum and the directions worked.
