Flash Player 24 install fail on Mac

I have been unable install Adobe Flash Player 24 on My Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.16 with Safari 10.0.2.  Tried the troubleshooting pages and uninstalled entire flash player with no luck.  Attached is my install log

Can you please attach the logs. Also please try the installers available in the "still having problems" section on Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac
