I have a year membership and I cant convert a Pdf file to word for the last few days. it keep saying "an error accord while signing in" what does that mean?
Please try to sign out from the application and relaunch it.
Then sign in again and try to export PDF.

If you are using the service via the interface built into the free Adobe Reader, you may want to try the online service directly: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
In my experience that works a lot more reliable than the Acrobat Reader method.
