Impossible to create new certificat E_LICENSE_UNABLE_TO_MAKE_CERT

Hi,

I'm trying to generate new certificat for my ACS4.0 server but after generate pkcs10 file, and fill form in the "ACS Operator Client" i click on "add" button, i have this error :
E_LICENSE_UNABLE_TO_MAKE_CERT

What's wrong ?

The RSA keypair must be rsa:2048 and not rsa:1024.
