Epson printer paper settins

Epson R3000

I deleted a printer and therefore lost all my precious paper settings  (paper thickness, type, etc.)
I have backup of all my iMac, but I would prefer to restore just the stuff I need to get back my printer settings (spent a lot of time, paper and ink making tests)

Can somebody help ?
