I can't access business catalyst account

Can someone please help me?

I have a website hosted on business catalyst with Adobe.  I have tried to gain access to the backend with no luck.

I've called Adobe customer support many times only to get sent to the forums.

I reset my email password successfully but when trying to use it to access: Administration Login  I have zero luck getting in.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong and what I need to do to get to my site?

Any help would be awesome.

I have the same problem, I think it happened to me because I added main domain name for my website and did not activate it. I can only access my sub domain link for the website, but I can't manage it etc.
