I have After Effects CC 2015 and am trying to use the timewarp effect. The max value I can set for the speed is 5,000% and is killing me since I can't increase that. At first I thought "Okay, just duplicate the effect that way you can multiply it." So I set my first one to 5,000% and my second one to 109.53%. I was hoping it would do 50*1.0953=54.765 however it only sped up the clip by 109.53%. Is there any way to increase this speed above 5,000%? I am fine if I have to use Premiere Pro, another effect, or download/buy a plugin.
Try time remapping. You can put the keyframes for first and last frame anywhere in the timeline.
What exactly are you trying to do? Speed up or slows down?
If you are trying to speed up video footage and want it to go faster start by increasing the frame rate in file interpretation from the Project Panel to 99fps, then drop the footage in a comp the is 24 fps and then apply your time warp effect --- or just use time remapping.
