    I bought a subscription but I can't enter and start using the product



      Yesterday I was automatically log out from Illustrator, after that I can't log in one more time. With the same account in creative cloud it is written that I don't have the subscription, but I do. How can I continue using the Illustrator. The e-mail with the confirmation about payment I have.
