I've never gotten them to work ever before, so it's entirely possible that this one is my fault, but I've followed the instructions here Prepare artwork in Adobe Character Animator as closely as possible. (It has a typo, by the way. "Front" should read "Frontal".) I couldn't find anyone else with the same problem, so it being my fault is very likely.
How can I get this working? (The problem is both head positions show at the same time instead of cycling between them)
Also, the left eyebrow seems to move a lot more than the right. Is there a way to fix that?
My bad. I just rewatched the tutorial, and it seems I've made multiple mistakes. For anyone else with the same problem, detailed instructions are here Making Your First Character (Adobe Character Animator Tutorial) - YouTube
Glad you figured it out! Yes, Front used to be the correct tag - but we changed it to Frontal to be unique (lots of people were tagging sublayer stuff like "front forehead" or something and getting incorrectly tagged. We'll fix it in the help docs, thanks.
