Hello,

I have problem with new version of After Effects, its After Effects CC 2017.

When I try to render my project, it shows a message called "After Effects CC 2017 has stopped working".

I tried change rendering options, and I searched solutions in the internet, but I found nothing.

Bye!

I want to add that happens only in one project, while other renders progressing normally.

are you using 14.0.1 ? if not, you should update

so you say it's only in this project? try to isolate the problem. does it happen at a specific time? with a specific render settings? try removing comps, layers, effects and see when are you able to stop it from crashing. come back to us with more full system information.

Ok, I try to update, but now it happens for no reason, not only at the render time.

I always use the same renders, Quicktime - H.264

Hi pawełf,

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Did you ever solve this issue? Have you tried importing the old project into a new one and exporting from that? Let us know what you tried and if anything worked, or if you still need help.

Thanks,
Kevin
