    I try to open an e book in ADE and get a message that says "error check activation".  How do I fix this?  Never had this problem before.


      I  can't transfer an e book to ADE.  I get an error message "error check activation".   First time I have had this problem in years.  The folks in the help chat are of no help.  It would be a lot easier to speak to someone directly.
