Same problem all of a sudden. In the help section it says to erase authorization and re-authorize. I tried but when I go to erase it said "unable to erase authorization. please try some time later". I have been trying for three days. I tried to chat Adobe today, after 20 minutes of being passed around they said that Digital Editions does not support live chat. I'm looking for any help out there.
I get the same message when I attempt to transfer an eBook from my local library which is in my computer, to Adobe Digital Editions.
I went on to "chat" but they are not experts in this field so they directed me to this forum. I am really disappointed. I am not a novice at this. I had 2 Kobo Glo eReaders working without problems. Now I have one broken eReader and another that I can't transfer eBooks to. I can buy books from Kobo - no problem.
