Moving lightroom to laptop from desktop iMac

I've completed many lightroom projects on my desktop iMac, but now am moving to a laptop. I have all my original camera raw photos moved over, but how to I see all my edits and lightroom results that i have done on my desktop iMac?

You need three major components-

1. Lightroom installed on the laptop

2. Your original images copied in the exact same folder structure as they were in the desktop.

3. Your working catalog copied from desktop to laptop.
