so i got Twixtor and applied to a video along with enabling time mapping, so i set up the nodes and everything, but when i watch the video, it starts slowing up and speeding up in areas i don't want it to, like what is this.
You cannot combine a time-stretching effect and the native time-remapping that straightforward. It's bound to make a mess. You have to decide which operation to use first and then layer the different timing operations with pre-composing. still, even then this can be quite unpredictable, so more or less you should settle on one method, not try to throw everything in teh pot just because you can.
