I have a client that uses the Adobe suite and I am very unfamiliar with this product. One of the users is receiving the error below. She stated this has just happened toady. I have found some information about resetting preferences on this forum but was unsure if that would help this issue. I am trying to not have to uninstall and reinstall the software and was hoping anyone else had any ideas.
This error also causes multiple other plugins to not load stating that it is dependent on this file. She receives this error opening all files she has tried. She is running Windows 10.

CS4 is not supported under Windows 10. All bets are off with this combination.
