a couple of months ago i had a problem with Photoshop CS6. Everything was very slowly, the zoom didn't work smoothly and the brush tool had a very hard time delay (when u painted a line and finished it, Photoshop needed 1more second to finish the line. There was a big time delay between my finish and Photoshops finish). Also when i used may Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch Tablet.
So i googled and found a Plugin called OSXCompatibility.plugin. It really worked and the problems were solved.
Unfortunately two weeks ago the problem came back and the plugin isn't working anymore. I can't find a solution because there is no newer discussion for it.
I don't want to buy the CC because my old CS6 is running fine except Photoshop…
My drivers are all updated and i use OS X El Capitan 10.11.6
MacBook Pro Retina 13", end of 2015
So maybe you can help me with it. I don't know that to do…
Thanks and greetings
It should not have a problem with 10.11, but first thing to try is to install the Legacy Java: Download Java for OS X 2015-001
Second thought is a Preferences reset: Hold down Cmd-Opt-Shift and start Photoshop. When you see the "Delete Settings File" dialog, click "Yes" and let Photoshop continue to load.
If that does not solve the problem, we can look at a clean reinstall, but let's try the easy things first.
