custom form

I have a custom html form complete with css and js files. i need to know how to add it to muse. i have copied my custom html index page into muse, copied all the css and js files to the muse css and script folders. it is not working. i have even put in a hyperlink to the custom form index file and it is still not working. so i must be doing something wrong. can anyone help?

Without knowing anything about the form, nobody can advise specifically, but most likely all those scripts have specific URLs in them that reference the external servers and that stuff will need to be adapted for the form to work its magic as their may be otehr adaptations required to the form's action parametrs and what have you. Impossible to tell. Provide a link to the form, screenshots and so on.
