Try from the PS menu:
Help >> Updates
Otherwise sign-out of CC desktop (gear icon >> preferences)
Then sign-in and wait for the apps to refresh.
Thanks for this
I think I know why, I had completely forgotten that I have temporarily suspended my account, I will be renewing again in a couple of days.
I have re registered to CC and been in and out of my account.
LR still tells me I need ACR 9.8 but PS update tells me I'm uptodate.
Can I update ACR independent of PS.
Any help please.
I'm back with the same problem.
I have logged out of CC and back in again
Checked and it says my apps are up to date but the apps tell me the following versions
LR is 2015.8 and tells me ACR is 9.8
PS is version 2015.5.1 and ACR within PS tells me it's version 126.96.36.1991
I have tied updating the apps with CC and it just tells me it's all upyodate.
Can you offer any further advice please.
Please see the attached screen shots.
Photoshop CC 2017 is the latest version.
Can you launch Photoshop and try from the menu bar:
Help >> Updates
Thanks for prompt reply.
I have tried this several times and it takes me to CC which says it's utd.
Can I download from adobe website?
I have found out why, I have discovered my operating system is not supported in v2017 I have a Mac v 10.9.5,
I guess I will need to take the plunge on updating.
I show up to date as you have shown but still get the same error msg going from LR to PS. In addition, cannot uninstall ACR.
If everything is truly up to date you are seeing an error that was introduced in the latest update. The solution is to choose "Open Anyway" and check the box indicating "Don't Show Again" and wait for the next update.
Thx. Will do as everything is up to date.
