How do i log in my serial number mine only has 5 brackets when the installer is asking for 6

Kindly help us with name of the product you are trying to install and what is the operating system of your computer with its version.
Also the serial number you have got is that all numeric or alpha-numeric ?

you have to use the correct number. all adobe serial numbers consist of 6 groups of 4 numbers.
