Want to modify text in a textFrame

I have a javascript that operates on a textFrame. I want to modify the "leading" characteristic on all the text in the frame, but I can't figure out how to go from the textFrame characteristics to the characteristics of the text itself. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Try something like:

myTextFrame.texts[0].leading = 16;
