I'm unable to upgrade after being notified that an upgrade is needed. After numerous tries I get no error message. The program just quits when trying to upgrade every time.
I had Adobe reinstall Muse. That solved the problem.

I am not asked to update but I have now for the fourth time the strong issue, that Muse cannot open. It force quits before the entrance window opens.
So it quits after the dark grey screen (on my machine Muse starts with a light grey and turns into a darker grey which is the background for the welcome screen).

I already know this way. I did it two times last week. I will do anyway (I must, because this is quite frustrating). So far they did what I can do as well: uninstall and reinstall. Strange, that my MBP doesn`t find the corresponding folder. The first time I was told to rename the folder into something like: Muse 2017_old, but this didn`t solve it. The second time it got reinstalled via screenshare as well.
Now even the beta version gets force quit.
All my browsers allow cookies and popup.

I found out, that I have to click "alt" while using "Go To". Suddenly the library appears.
Now I can see this amount of folders:
I now can find all the widgets I installed. Do you think, it is one solution to clear all this? Maybe one of the third party widgets creates this issue? Normally I do not need all the widgets at once, do I? Is it anyway a good practice not to install a lot of widgets but uninstall them as soon they are not needed?
The designated folders are "Adobe Muse 2017_old" and "Adobe Muse 2017". I do try now to rename "Adobe Muse 2017" into "Adobe Muse 2017_old". The "older" Adobe Muse 2017_old I rename with added _02. Then I try to launch.
That was the first suggestion from Adobe Team.
That doesn`t work. I do reinstall now.
