Incredibly frustrating. Went to customer support with same problem. They and I tried to restart the program, 6 times. Yes six times, with the same negative results and then they ended the communication. I want a refund and the website gives no means to deactivate Elements 15 and keeps me on an endless loop. The worse product and service I've experienced.

Kindly share the following details-
1. Whether it is a MAC App Store Purchase or Windows App Store purchase?
2. Do you see any crash report after clicking Editor/Organizer?
3. Does Organizer launch fine?
Please try launching Editor keeping Cmd+Shift+Alt on MAC/ Ctrl+Shift+Alt keys on Windows pressed and delete the settings file when prompted. This is basic troubleshooting step which resets app's preferences.
