Does Photoshop CS6 contain Photoshop Elements?

I have Photoshop CS6 and I wondered if Photoshop Elements programme is already part of Photoshop or if it a completely different programme?

Elements does not support single channel editing, not al color modes, not 32 bit files, nor you can create CMYK files (which no one needs really anymore in normal cases).

Many menus are simplified.
