Last month, I canceled my subscription with Adobe but I checked my bank account today and it shows that they are still charging me. And on top of that, I now noticed that they had been charging 2 times every month for the past year. Does anyone know how I can get this figured out because I'm not trying to pay for something I don't even use anymore.

Adobe support is no help at all. They don't know what to even look for. I need this to be resolved immediately!!!
