1. Does this happen on Android 6? Does it happen on any other Android version? What about other OS?
2. Are you trying to capture a video or a photo? What plugin did you specify for this?
Application is getting crashed on Android Version 5.0.2
And Application is getting crashed on Vodafone Device.
I am trying to capture Photo and after capturing few photos the application is getting crashed , i.e. the crash happens randomly.
Plugin : Camera Plugin
If it's happening in any Android version below Android 6, how can you say:
"Please note that I have provided all permissions it is not relevant to permission."?
After all, neither as a user on the device, nor as a developer, you "provide permissions". The proper permissions for your app are set when using the correct plugins, and as a user, you can only install the app by accepting the necessary declared permissions.
I am trying to capture Photo and after capturing few photos the application is getting crashed
Are you saying that the functionality works as expected several times (i.e. launching the Camera app, taking a picture, receiving the picture back in your app) and then suddenly after a couple o f times it fails?
It is hard for me to understand what the relation could be with the error message which indicates an internet network error....unless you are sending those pictures to a remote server and the connection fails at a certain point.
i dont know why application is crashing randomly
We have even turned off the data connection and tested the application then also application is getting crashed.. and it is giving me the same error...
Please define "crash"? There are lots of conditions that tend to be called crashes, but the word itself is far too generic to be of much use. What, exactly, does your app do when it "crashes"?
When my application crashes it redirects me to the "Login" page .
Below is the Exception which i get when application Crashes :
E/ConnectivityService: RemoteException caught trying to send a callback msg for NetworkRequest [ id=53, legacyType=-1, [ Capabilities: INTERNET&NOT_RESTRICTED&TRUSTED] ]
Please read http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/latest/guide/platforms/android/index.html#lifecycle-guid e , apply the suggestions there and see if that helps. I'm guessing that Android is terminating your activity while the camera is visible, and then your app doesn't know how to respond to that. The doc I posted gives you guidance on how to handle that case.
Still i am not able to fix this issue.
Sometimes application is getting crashed after capturing some photos and sometimes it is getting crashed while inputting text in textarea..
Is this a problem of Low Memory?
